Friday PM Session
We have put together some great session plans including some specialist equipment focused on strength & conditioning after the Christmas break. The time slots for the sessions are as follows:

Thursday 3rd January
Session 1: 10.30am to 12.30pm
Lunch: 12.30pm to 1.30pm
Session 2: 1.30pm to 3.30pm

Friday 4th January
Session 1: 10.30am to 12.30pm
Lunch: 12.30pm to 1.30pm
Session 2: 1.30pm to 3.30pm

Players can attend as many sessions as they wish and we will go indoors for the lunch break so players can bring lunch if they would like to stay for the full day. Each session costs £12 for the 2hrs.

Tickets must be purchased for each session and spaces are limited so sign-up early
